ECONetwork (Electricity Cluster Oriented Network, network of ProSumers) is the new electricity architecture to realize a low-carbon society through the massive deployment of renewable energy sources.
- Deployment should change from the present "Point" to a "Group (Cluster)"
- Spread should be a "Progressive Expansion Type"
- From "Partial Optimization" to "Total System Optimization"
VPEC proposes the combination of GRID/POOL with the conventional synchronous generators and ECONetwork with the renewable energy sources as the solution for the Smart Energy Society’s electricity architecture.
ECONetwork is a local generation & local consumption system, and accommodates the excess &shortfall of electricity bi-laterally.
2015
Feb. ECONetwork System and software were proven being ready for commercialization by the field test on the Yamagata Prefecture’s Governmental Officers houses.
Jul. New VPEC Inc. was established for the global commercialization.
Sep. The field test results were reported on IEEJ meeting （PE15-039）.
2013
Dec. Merger with Wind Engineering Center Co. Ltd in order to execute the field test on the AC Autonomous Distributed Electricity System taking over NTT- Data-Aura’s AC portion.
